	CORPORATE HISTORY
	Dental Services Organization, Inc. (DSO) was established in May 1984 for the purpose of operating a dental plan organization (DPO) that designs, markets and administers managed care dental plans in the State of New Jersey. DSO has entered into Provider Agreements with Eastern Dental® at each of its 17 facilities in New Jersey for the provision of dental services to the eligible members of the DSO Managed care dental plans. Specializing in the field of Dental Benefits, DSO was able to develop dental programs that minimize the risks of traditional insurance as well as provide a cost effective dental plan to both members and employers alike. Since our inception in 1984, DSO is now Providing Benefits to approximately 17,000 subscribers including school districts, municipalities, welfare funds as well as private enterprises.
